Keto is basically training your body to run on fat as opposed to running on carbs. When you run on fat then you burn all that excess fat you have been carrying. On this challenge carbs will be restricted to 25 per day. It will take your body about 3-5 days to get into ketosis. Of course everyone is different, but this is the average. If you are looking for weight-loss, this is your challenge. You can expect to lose body fat and if you are working out, and you should gain muscle. All this takes time. Therefore, this challenge is 45 days long. We will provide AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, and Dinner. We recommend intermittent fasting from dinner to AM snack. The suggested ratio is 16 hours of fasting to 8 hrs of eating. This is not a requirement but for optimal result we encourage it. This will throw everything you know about how you are “supposed” to eat on it’s head. Get ready! The cost is $27/day pre-tax
What is the Evolve 30?
Our Evolve 30 is an elimination “diet” , meaning we cut out the foods in your diet that are harming your body more than helping it. The challenge isn’t about losing weight—it’s about overcoming your own cravings, improving your mind and body, and proving to yourself that you can do it.
The rules for the Evolve 30 challenge are that you eat moderate proportions of meat, seafood and eggs; plenty of vegetables; some fruit; natural fats; herbs, spices and seasonings. The fewer the ingredients the better. If you can’t pronounce the ingredients, that’s normally a sign that the food is heavily processed. Besides eating certain foods, you also have to make sure to avoid certain foods. These prohibited items are sugar (real or artificial), alcohol, grains, legumes (even soy), dairy, carrageenan, MSG, sulfites, baked goods, and junk food. Dairy restrictions include cow, goat, or sheep’s milk. These no-no foods include pancakes, muffins, cookies, ice cream, commercially-prepared chips, french fries, and pizza crust. Did your mouth water just reading that list? There’s your problem.
How the Evolve 30 process works. This challenge is $27/day. The next start date will be July 25th, you will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner, 50% off our supplements, invited to our Facebook group, and pre and post challenge assessment kit if this is your first challenge. Here is what is going to happen from here.
Step 1: You sign up using the form below.
Step 2: We will call you and square everything away. We will try to do this quickly depending on where we are in the challenge prior, rest assured we will get back with you. If you do not hear from us in a few days, feel free to give us a call.
Step 3: Get signed up for the Facebook group. The page is Evolve Keto Challenge. Request to join and we’ll accept you in! This group is for support, encouragement and announcements that will happen throughout the challenge. We will also post all the menus here. Be open, be interactive, this will make your challenge bearable.
Step 4: Pick up your first set of food. Food will come twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays. Pickup is always noon-close; deliveries will vary and we will coordinate that directly between you and the store.
Step 5: We will set you up with a self assessment kit. These are REALLY important. How do you know where you’re going if you don’t know where you came from? This will give you some absolutes in your journey.
Step 6: Eat, workout, hit your goals! Don’t allow yourself to be tempted. Put yourself first! Do it!
