How often does the menu change?

Variety is important and a big part of staying on a routine. We have 30+ meals to choose from weekly with 5 new menu items we introduce monthly to keep your tastebuds happy!

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the contingeous United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping costs depend on the size of your box and where it's being delivered

Why is my delivery day different this week vs last week?

Generally this happens if there is a major holiday when FedEx is closed or a weather related delay. If anything is wrong with your delivery, please let us know and we will accommodate as best we can! Just email us at cs@eattoevolve.com

Can I change my order?

After an order is placed, it is final and a meal that our chef will be preparing for you. Because our meals are made on demand, we get to work as fast as possible to ensure we can get them delivered on time!

Can I cancel my subscription? Is there a cancellation fee?

You can pause your subscription at any time! Please note: Once your subscription is charged for the week, this is a final order that will be delivered. Any questions, please reach out to our customer service team. All subscriptions will have a recurring charge that falls on the same day of the week that your subscription was created. Your subscription can be paused right from your account, and there is no fee to do so!

My order has the wrong address, what do I do?

If your order has not processed yet, you can adjust that in your account settings. If it has already been charged, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist!

Are meals shipped out frozen or fresh?

Fresh. While freezing your meals is possible, it's a personal decision. We think fresh is best. These meals can stay in your fridge for up to 5 days after delivery.

How are meals kept fresh in transit?

Our boxes keep your food cold with recyclable/reusable insulation and ice packs.

How does my food arrive?

From our kitchen to yours: Meals are packed in boxes that are insulated (recyclable!), and we use ice packs to keep everything super cold. From there, they make the trek into the great beyond via our friends at FedEx.

When will my meals be delivered?

If your order is placed by Monday end of the day, your order is shipped by FedEx 2Day on Tuesday so it can be delivered by Thursday, the same week. If your order is placed between Tuesday and Saturday, your order is shipped FedEx 2Day the following Tuesday for delivery that same week.  As a reminder, all orders are shipped exclusively on Tuesdays.

How long can meals be refrigerated?

Our food is fresh. As in, no freezer in sight. Each meal includes a “best by” date that is generally 5-6 days after arrival (more if you’re closer to our kitchen). If you can’t eat the meals on time, most of our dishes are able to be kept safely in your freezer up to 5 weeks. When in doubt, reach out to Customer Service!

Can I recycle packaging?

YOU BETCHA! Ways to recycle your shipping materials: Break the box down and take it to your local facility or utilize curbside recycling if it’s available in your area. Tape multiple together and make a fort. Also great for moving or storage. The gel ice packs are #4 plastic, like shopping bags. They are recyclable, but generally not curbside. These must go to your local recycling center or any place that collects shopping bags. The gel must go into the garbage, it is NOT drain-safe. In some areas, you can donate the ice pack to a local food pantry. <—check that out! Food trays – Rinse these off before putting in your curbside recycling.

How do I heat my meals?

Our meals are fully cooked, and easy to heat! They are made for the microwave, but we don’t shy away from an air fryer moment. Microwave: Start with two minutes and add 30 seconds incrementally until the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Oven: Remove the meal from the container and heat to an internal temp of 165 degrees. Stove/air fryer: Same song, different dance. Again, heat to 165 degrees. Pro Tips: We think anything that has breading should go in the oven/air fryer to added crunch! Vegetables are perfect if you saute them in a pan. Use a microwave for convenience. What's the best option for losing weight?

Everyone is different and there is no blanket template that works across the board. We all have different body types, lifestyles, habits, metabolism and activity levels. Not to mention that no two people like the same foods. The best way to lose weight is to find a style that is sustainable. Not sure? Contact our customer service at cs@eattoevolve.com!

Why are some of the meals high in sodium?

Although there is research that says it’s not good to have too much sodium, there is also plenty of research that states the negatives of not having enough sodium. It also is a great way to ensure that you receiving all the electrolytes that your body needs, especially if you’re currently transitioning away from packaged food. We do have our sodium listed on our meals if you do want to take a peak! Any questions or concerns, please let us know!

Do you have vegetarian or Vegan options?

We are always taking feedback from our customers. At this time, so do not have vegetarian or vegan meals, but we look forward to exploring this option in the future! If you do have any questions about our meals, please let our service team know!

Why did you take off my favorite meal?

We have a rotating menu to make sure our customers can get the best variety throughout the year. You may notice one of your favorite meals is no longer on the menu. We would love to know your fan favorite, so let us know and we will try our best to ensure we keep them coming!

What if I’m not happy with my meals?
