Meal Plans

How hungry are you? You can chose from our Peckish, Hungry or Hungry² Meal Plans.

  • Peckish is great for supplementing while leaving room for cooking at home or eating/ordering out.
  • Hungry is basically a one person meal plan for 5 days.
  • Hungry² is double the Hungry plan so it’s perfect for two people, 5 days.

Choosing from one of our meal plans gives you the blueprint for ordering and allows you to fill in the options. It’s the easiest, quickest way to order.

A La Carte

This method allows you to choose exactly what you want. You can order a single dessert or seven days of food. You pick. This is the most flexible method.


We are almost always running a Keto Challenge. When you sign up for the Keto Challenge, you will be provided with two snacks, lunch and dinner every day for the duration of the Challenge (usually 45 days). You will also have access to supplement discounts in stores, online support via our Facebook community (other Challengers and Evolve staff) and an assessment kit to measure your before and after. This is the easiest in that you don’t have to add anything outside of what’s provided. It’s also difficult as it is a more restrictive way of eating than Paleo, but also has the greatest weight loss results.

Whatever your needs, we have an option that WILL have you eating healthier, WILL have you eating more veggies and WILL have you feeling better about what you’re fueling your body with.
