Breakfasts 

Poached Eggs w/Sweet Potato Hash: Enjoy this great filler for your morning! Remove lid and heat this dish for 60-90 seconds at half power, this will keep the eggs somewhat soft. What an amazing start to your day!

Spicy Sausage Patties and Sauteed Apples: Such a beautiful blend of flavors – spicy and sweet! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds. Savor the moment!

Veggie Omelet: A new addition to the menu, I am excited to try it for myself! Take off lid and heat for 45-60 seconds at 50% power in the microwave.

Soup & Salads 

Chicken and Vegetable Soup: Take off lid, cover with a paper towel to avoid splatter and heat for 60-90 seconds. Stir and reheat until the temperature you like. Enjoy this classic!

Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato and Chipotle Soup: The weather is cold – warm up with a sweet and spicy kick. Take off the lid, cover with a paper towel to avoid splatter and heat for 60-90 seconds. Stir and reheat until the temperature you like. Yum!

BLTA Salad: We added a new friend to the classic BLT. Pop the lid and dig in, this dish is ready to be eaten immediately.

Smoked Salmon Salad: Salmon is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Remove dressing and apply it to the rest of the goodies in the container. Enjoy this for the meal of your choice!

Entrees 

Chicken & Cajun Shrimp w/Broccoli: This captures the flavor of the amazing place of New Orleans. Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Enjoy this meal that will make you feel like you are partying on Bourbon Street!

Coffee Crusted Pork Chops: I always love our pork dishes, coffee adds an extra layer of flavor. We seem to capture the perfect amount of juiciness and tenderness. Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Repeat for another 30 seconds if necessary.

Pork and Spinach Meatballs: I love anything that we put in our meatballs – a wonderful way to sneak in veggies. Remove the lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Continue heating for 30 seconds if meatballs are not warm all the way through.

Pot Roast:  Let’s be honest, nobody dislikes a good pot roast and I can promise you that ours is incredible. Remove lid and heat for 90 seconds. Enjoy!

Taco Bake: One of our favorites, I hope you got two – one with cauliflower rice and one with regular rice. Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Stir everything together and repeat for 30 more seconds. Don’t inhale this dish, but please allow yourself to breathe between bites.

Smoked Chicken w/ Sweet Potato Salad: This dish comes with two containers, one of them is by far our most popular side dish we have…the sweet potato salad (which will be served cold). Heat the container holding the chicken for 60-90 seconds. DEVOUR!

Chicken w/Olive Tapenade: A new way to top our chicken – yum!  Remove lid and heat for 90 seconds. Lower your microwave to 50% power if possible to keep the chicken moist and tender.

Grilled Salmon w/ a Garlic Dill Ghee: Can’t beat this simple dish for flavor! Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Lower your microwave to 50% power if possible to avoid overcooking the salmon. Repeat heating if desired. YUM!

Pan Seared Cod: We have started adding more seafood to the menu, we hope you like this new addition! Remove lid on the fish and heat for 60-90 seconds at 50% power. Enjoy with the side of cold coleslaw.

Flank Steak w/Criolla Sauce:  New topping for the steak – the Cajun holy trinity! Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Savor the moment!

Desserts

Creamsicle Cookies: Open and devour!

Mint Chocolate Fudge Brownie: Classic combo of flavors! Enjoy!

Cherry Cobbler: Remove lid and heat for 30 seconds. You can also eat this cold or at room temperature. Warm with a side of paleo approved vanilla ice cream is how I am going to eat mine!
