Breakfasts 

Braised Pork & Chipotle Egg Bake w/Grapes: If you have time, take off lid and place in oven at 350 degrees, heat until warm (container base is oven safe). Or you can put in microwave for 45-60 seconds. Enjoy!

Brussels Sprouts, Bacon & Poached Eggs: Not a conventional breakfast, but promises to be a good one! Remove lid and heat for 45-60 seconds at 50% power. Dig in!

Sausage, Sweet Potato & Apple Hash: We usually have this on our Holiday Dinner menu, I am excited to have it for breakfast! Take off lid and heat for 60-75 seconds. Yum!

Soup and Salads

Smoked Brisket Chili: We love to use our smoker! Taking chili to the next level with chunks of brisket. Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and repeat. I recommend you put a paper towel over the bowl to avoid splatter.

Fire Roasted Poblano Soup: Say hola to a new item on the menu! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and repeat. I recommend you put a paper towel over the bowl to avoid splatter.

Sesame Chicken Salad: I love these types of salads. Crunchy, fresh, and delicious. Remove dressing and apply to the salad. Enjoy!

Tuna Salad: Yes, it is a good old-fashioned salad made with our Paleo Mayo! Pop lid and wrap tuna in the lettuce for a tasty way to get your Omega-3s.

Entrees 

Mustard BBQ Chicken: This container comes with two containers. Heat the container holding the chicken for 60-90 seconds at 50% power. Repeat heating for 30 seconds if desired. Yum!

Beef Stroganoff: Classic dish made Paleo! Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds, stir and repeat for 30 seconds if desired.

Hawaiian Pizza: Aloha – have a taste of the islands! Best if heated in the oven – 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. If you are in a hurry to enjoy this, transfer to a microwave safe plate and heat for 60-90 seconds. For a crisp crust, Chef Caleb recommends reheating in a saute pan.

Totally Beefy Meatloaf:  We take a classic dish and kick it up a few notches – it isn’t just beefy, it is totally beefy! Remove lid and heat for 90 seconds. If you want more heat, give it another 30 seconds.

Crab and Cod Cakes w/Hollandaise Sauce: Remove lid, take out the sauce and heat for 60-90 seconds. If you can, I would put your microwave on 50% power to help not overcook the fish. Take off lid of the sauce, heat for 5 seconds to loosen up, pour on top. Enjoy!

Chipotle Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potato (spicy): Sweet, spicy, salty, umami – enjoy this explosion of flavor! Remove lid and heat dish for 60-90 seconds. Stir everything up a little bit and if needed, heat for another 30 seconds.

Thai Green Curry Chicken: Don’t be in too much of a hurry to eat this curry! Remove lid and heat dish for 2 minutes at 50% power. Savor the moment!

Spicy Garlic Shrimp & Sesame Bok Choy: New menu item, we are pairing an underappreciated vegetable with a firecracker of a shrimp – we hope you like it! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds at 50% power. Yum!

Jambalaya w/Cauliflower Rice: A taste of New Orleans! Remove the lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and add an additional 30 seconds if needed.

½ Grilled Lemon & Herb Chicken: Another new menu item! Keep it all for yourself or share with a loved one!  Preheat oven to 400 and cook for  10 minutes, (chicken atop your sprouts so they wont cook too fast!!

 

Desserts

Creamsicle Cookies: Open and devour!

French Silk Pie: Whenever I think something can’t be ‘paleo-fied’ the chef proves me wrong. Eat chilled and enjoy!

Mixed Berry Bar: Pop off lid and enjoy with a smile!
