Good Morning Breakfast Bar: I hope you ordered a few of these – great option to grab and go for breakfast, snack or dessert.

Soup & Salads 

Italian Sausage & Tomato Soup: Ramping up the classic tomato with a whole lotta yumminess! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and repeat. I recommend you put a paper towel over the bowl to avoid splatter.

KC Steak Soup: You don’t always need to eat your steak and potato on a plate! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and repeat. I recommend you put a paper towel over the bowl to avoid splatter.

Greek Salad: A refreshing tangy blend of flavors! Remove dressing and apply it to the entire salad. Opa!

Curried Chicken Salad: Curry in a hurry. Just open and enjoy. Absolutely delicious!

Entrees 

BBQ Meat Plate:  One of our all time favorite entrees! Remove the lid from the container holding the meat (make sure you pull out the sauce as well) and heat for 60 seconds. If the meat needs more heat, repeat heating for 30 seconds. Use the sweet potato salad to cool you down while devouring the amazing brisket and hot links.

Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder: This pork shoulder is so tender and juicy after 8 hours of braising. Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Repeat if desired. ENJOY!

Braised Chicken Thighs w/Tomato Bacon Jam: We like to cheat once in awhile with rice, I hope you do too! Remove lid and heat at 50% power for 60-90 seconds. Stir and repeat if desired. Savor the flavor!

Mahi Mahi Tacos w/Paleo Tortillas: We can now make tortillas again! Remove lid and heat the fish only for 60-90 seconds. If you can, leave your microwave power at 50% to avoid overcooking the fish!  ENJOY!

Jalapeno Honey Chicken Breast: This will most definitely spice things up for you. Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Add more heat if desired for 30 seconds. DEVOUR!

Pan Seared Pork Chops: This is simple and a classic. Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Yum!

Carne Asada with Chimichurri:  Here is a tango for your taste buds! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds.

Cilantro Lime Chicken Burger:  Lots of flavor inside and out! Remove the lid, heat for 60-90 seconds, flip over burger and heat for additional 30-45 seconds. Yum!

Meatball Marinara: Remove lid and heat for 60 – 90 seconds. Remember to take a breath between bites!

Rosemary & Orange Glazed Salmon: We have been adding more salmon to the menu – so having fun adding new recipes! Remove the lid and heat at 50% power for 60 seconds.

Desserts

Almond Snickerdoodle Cookies: Open and devour!

Cinnamon Spiced Coffee Crumb Cake: You can eat this at room temperature, but I recommend heating for 45-60 seconds to take it to the “WOW” level!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cupcakes:  Enjoy with a smile!
