Breakfasts 

Ham cups with Fresh Fruit: This is such a creative and delicious way to start the day! Remove lid and heat cup for 60-90 seconds, power at 50% if you want less done yolks. Repeat if desired. YUM!

Breakfast Salad: Heat bacon and eggs for 30 sec. then add back into salad and devour! Yum-O.

Turkey Sausage Links w/Pancake Muffins: Remove lid, take out container of ghee and heat for 60-90 seconds. Repeat if desired. Savor!

Soup & Salads 

Fiery Veggie Salad: Classic veggie salad with a kick.  Take off the lid and enjoy!

Ham & Egg Salad: I hope you ordered extra – this would be good for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack! Take off lid and enjoy cold.

Chicken Tortilla Soup: If you like our Fajita Chicken Salad, you are going to love this soup – same spice blends/same yumminess! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and repeat. I recommend you put a paper towel over the bowl to avoid splatter.

Carrot Coconut Bisque: One of my favorite soups! Sweet carrot with a hint of heat from the ginger. Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and repeat. I recommend you put a paper towel over the bowl to avoid splatter.

Entrees 

Crab Crusted Cod w/Hollandaise:  Remove lid and take out container of hollandaise, heat entree for 60-90 seconds and repeat if desired. To avoid the fish being overcooked, I would recommend heating for double the time at 50% power on your microwave. Take lid off hollandaise and heat for 5 seconds to loosen up. Don’t forget to breathe between bites!

Smoked Pork Loin Roulade: Roulade, you ask? It’s just a fancy word for stuffing it with yummy things like onion and bacon. Remove lid and heat this incredible combination of ingredients for 60-90 seconds.  Yum!

Bison & Braised Beef Burgers:  If your mouth isn’t watering just getting through the title, it will be soon! Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Flip the patty over and repeat. ENJOY!

Swedish Meatballs: We took the standard beef meatball recipe and mixed it up with the leaner turkey option. Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Savor!

Grilled Hanger Steak: Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Stir and repeat. This is going to be a favorite – don’t leave this in the break room fridge…

Pork Lo Mein: Instead of noodles, there is a variety of yummy veggies! Recommended way is to have a hot saute pan and re-stir-fry it. Or if you are in a hurry, remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds in the microwave. Repeat for 30 seconds if desired. ENJOY!

Peppercorn Chicken & Tri-Color Carrots: Another new menu item – hope you like it! Take off lid and heat for 60-90 seconds at 50% power to keep the chicken moist and tasty.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Several options for reheating – 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees in the oven or heat up in a sauté pan for crisper crust. If you are in a hurry to enjoy this, transfer to a microwave safe plate and heat for 60-90 seconds.

Shredded Chicken Enchilada: We have added a few new items this week, but hope you grabbed an old favorite also! Take off lid and heat for 60-90 seconds, stir and heat an additional 30 seconds if needed.

Blackened Shrimp Alfredo: Take off lid and heat for 60-90 seconds at 50% power. A classic sauce made Paleo with rice pasta – enjoy!

Desserts

Almond Snickerdoodle Cookies: Open and devour!

Green Tea Cheesecake: I can’t wait to try this! Pop off lid and savor the moment!

Chocolate Mousse: Take off the lid and enjoy this decadent treat!
