Can you believe Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK? I can’t. Every year, the holidays sneak up on me. I’m thinking about Halloween, then all of a sudden it’s over and BOOM. Christmas decorations are everywhere. I feel like it happens a little earlier each year. Soon, we’ll be seeing Christmas trees in August. Not to mention this warm weather that’s making me want to reach for lemonade instead of egg nog. We’ve gotten to the point in the year where time starts going by extremely fast. I get a little stressed out just thinking of all of the things left to do and how much time I don’t have to get them done. It’s such a whirlwind of shopping, planning, cooking, baking, eating, and more eating. Which is why we’re thankful for someone to help us out in the kitchen. I mean, we love hanging out in the kitchen all day, but most people have a few other things to tend to during the bustling holiday season. And by a few, I mean a thousand.

Yes. We are here to help. We know it’s super hard to stay the course during the holidays. There’s food e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e. And the smells. Oh, the smells! Warm apple cider, roasted turkey, baked sugary things… But don’t you worry. We wouldn’t abandon you in your greatest time of need. We are offering Thanksgiving dinners for every crowd and appetite – ranging from just the meat, a couple of sides, or a full blown dinner. You could even just order a quart of gravy. We won’t judge. Desserts? Got those too. Wait, what about the rolls? Yup. And of course, it’s all paleo and all delicious. But here’s the catch; you MUST order by SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20th for pickup at your local store on Wednesday, November 23rd. You do not want to miss out on this.

½ cup Coconut Sugar
2 T Orange Juice
¼ cup Water
3 cups Cranberries, fresh or frozen
Combine sugar, orange juice and water in a pan and bring to a boil.
Add cranberries and cinnamon. Simmer until cranberries burst, about 15 minutes. Simmer 5 more minutes, or until reduced to desired consistency.
Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate.
